Job Responsibilities:

- Perform disassembly/assembly of Engine/module for repair and overhaul
- Replaces or repairs worn, defective, or damaged components, using hand tools, gauges, and testing equipment.
- Tests engine operation, using test equipment such as ignition analyzer, compression checker, distributor timer, and ammeter, to identify malfunction technical quality specifications.
- Reassembles engine and installs engine in aircraft.
- Disassembles and inspects engine parts, such as turbine blades and cylinders, for wear, warping, cracks, and leaks.
-  Services, repairs, and rebuilds aircraft structures, such as wings, fuselage, rigging, and surface and hydraulic controls, using hand or power tools and equipment.
- Perform troubleshooting, modification and maintenance work

- Working at height, climbing up and down of vehicle
- Housekeeping, cleaning/clearing of rubbish and washing parts/vehicle
Total Gross Salary: $2,200 - $2,400 (+OT Payable)

Automotive Technician (on job Training provided)

Job Responsibilities:
- Set up jigs, fixtures and tooling required for machining
- Operate CNC Grinding / Milling / Turning machine
- Perform in-process inspection of aerospace machined parts and document results
- Initiate and suggest continuous improvement ideas to improve process, productivity and quality on machines
- Perform TPMs
- Maintain good housekeeping practices on machines and in work area
- Comply with company and safety rules and regulations
- Complete production paper work and systems transactions
- Perform other related duties as assigned
