主要职责:

  • 监督电缆敷设、接头、管道安装和终端作业的日常现场活动。
  • 确保工作符合新加坡电力集团(SP Group)的技术规范、项目图纸和施工方案。
  • 与分包商、供应商和新加坡电力集团代表协调工作。
  • 召开工具箱会议并执行安全要求。
  • 准备每日现场报告,并协助进行检查和文件记录。
  • 监控电缆路径的对齐情况、沟槽深度、管道成型和接头室的施工。
  • 解决现场问题并确保工程按时完成。

要求:

  • 具备土建、电气或公用设施建设经验(最好有电力电缆项目经验)。
  • 能够阅读和理解施工图纸,尤其是电缆路径图和剖面图。
  • 熟悉新加坡电力集团(SP Group)、陆路交通管理局(LTA)、公用事业局(PUB)或类似监管要求者优先。
  • 具备良好的沟通和协调能力。
  • 具备基本的安全知识并愿意遵守工作场所安全与健康(WSH)要求。
  • 持有BCSS、PSM、WSQ安全主管或高空作业等相关证书。
  • 获得MHA许可是一项优势。

A. Financial and Accounting Tasks

* Invoicing: Preparation and issuance of sales invoices.

* Accounts Receivable (AR) Management: Managing debtor accounts, including the preparation and submission of monthly Statements of Account (SOA) to debtors.

* Accounts Payable (AP) Management: Processing and managing payments to vendors and suppliers.

* Bank Reconciliation: Performing monthly reconciliation of bank statements with company ledger accounts.

* Tax Compliance: Preparation and submission of Goods and Services Tax (GST) returns (or equivalent indirect tax filings).

* Year-End Finalization: Preparation and finalization of Year-End Accounts for audit or tax purposes.

* Financial Reporting: Preparation of a Monthly Cash Flow Forecast.


B. Payroll and Statutory Contributions

* Payroll Processing: Managing and processing monthly payroll.

* Statutory Contributions: Calculation and submission of mandatory employer and employee contributions (e.g., CPF, SDL in Singapore, or equivalent statutory contributions).

* Annual Tax Forms: Preparation of annual employee income statements (e.g., IR8A in Singapore, or equivalent documentation).


C. Administrative and Compliance Tasks

* Documentation Filing: Systematic organization and filing of all relevant company documentation.

* Petty Cash Control: Management and reconciliation of the Petty Cash fund on a monthly basis.

* License and Insurance Renewal: Managing and processing renewal applications for company licenses (e.g., BizSafe or other necessary operating licenses) and company insurance policies.

* Communication and Reporting: Maintaining open, professional communication and providing regular reports to both specified company directors/managers ("Bosses")

开具发票: 负责销售发票的准备与开具

应收账款(AR)管理: 管理客户账款,包括每月准备并提交对账单(SOA)

应付账款(AP)管理: 处理及安排供应商与承包商付款

银行对账: 每月进行银行账单与公司账目的对账工作

税务申报: 准备及提交消费税(GST)或相关间接税申报

年终结账: 协助准备及完成年终账目,以供审计或报税用途

财务报告: 编制每月现金流预测报告

B. 薪资与法定缴交

薪资处理: 负责每月员工薪资计算与发放

法定缴交: 计算及申报法定雇主与员工缴交款项(如 CPF、SDL 或其他相关法定款项)

年度税务表格: 准备员工年度收入申报表(如 IR8A 或同类文件)

C. 行政与合规事务

文件管理: 系统化整理与归档公司相关文件

备用金管理: 每月管理及核对公司备用金

执照与保险更新: 负责公司执照(如 BizSafe 或其他营运执照)及公司保险的更新与办理

沟通与汇报: 与公司指定董事/管理层(老板)保持良好沟通,并定期提交相关报告

Construction Site Supervisor


Salary: SGD 3,500 – 7,000 (based on experience and certifications obtained)

Working Days: 6 days per week

Working Hours: 8 hours per day

 

 

Willing travel to multiple site


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily site activities for cable laying, jointing, duct installation, and termination works.
  • Ensure work complies with SP Group technical specifications, project drawings, and method statements.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and SP representatives.
  • Conduct toolbox meetings and enforce safety requirements.
  • Prepare daily site reports and assist with inspections and documentation.
  • Monitor cable route alignment, trench depth, duct formation, and joint bay construction.
  • Resolve site issues and ensure timely progress of works.


Requirements:

  • Experience in civil, electrical, or utility construction (preferably power cable projects).
  • Ability to read and understand construction drawings, especially cable route and section drawings.
  • Familiarity with SP Group, LTA, PUB, or similar regulatory requirements is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Basic safety knowledge and willingness to follow WSH requirements.
  • Certifications such as BCSS, PSM, WSQ Safety Supervisor, or Work at Height.
  • MHA clearance done is an advantage.
