JOB RESPONSIBILITY
• Perform administrative duties to support the operations (Data Entry/Filing)
• Prepare daily sales
• Answer incoming telephone calls and emails
Attend to sales enquiries
• Assist in scheduling and coordinating operations work processes and work plans
• Assist in invoicing, quotations and other documentations.
• Check stocks
JOB REQUIREMENT
* At least N levels and above
* Proficient in MS Office skills
* Integrity in handling confidential information
* Able to multi-tasks
* Must be able to speak in English and Mandarin in order to liaise with Chinese-speaking vendors
* Able to reply to emails in an English-proficient

Job Responsibilities:
· Manage candidates through the whole recruitment cycle with a proactive approach ensuring best-in-class candidate experience.
· Guide intake meetings, screen potential candidates, and schedule and conduct interviews.
· Conduct preliminary phone/virtual video screening/interview to identify and select qualified candidates for permanent and contract positions.
· Provide right career advice to candidates and to recommend potential profiles to clients.
· Develop and manage strong consultative relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
· Ensure all recruitment activity is captured in real-time on the client’s ATS system and/or any other database.
· Maintenance of jobseekers/candidates records via in-house recruitment system.
· Any ad-hoc recruitment duties as assigned by Recruitment Manager
Job Requirements:
· Those with prior recruitment/TA related work experience will be a plus!
· Excellent organizational skills and agility to work in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
· Independent, responsible, hardworking and a strong keen learner
· Positive attitude with a passion to develop a career in recruitment function.
· Self-motivated and results-driven individual
· Diligent and resilient
· CEI certification
