Working Location: MacPherson
Working Days / Hours: Monday – Friday / 8:30am - 5:30pm

Position: Shipping -  Logistics Support Supervisor - $2200 - $2600
•	Supervision of Outbound Team
    -	Manpower allocation
    -	Process improvement
    -	Ensure smooth operations are in accordance with SOPs
    -	Liaise with inter-departments to resolve issue
    -	Meeting the turnaround time outgoing
    -	Daily count reconciliation
•	Project involvement include internal and external meetings
•	Daily / Half yearly & annual stock take arrangement
•	Knowledge of Outbound operations and update Outbound Team SOPs when there are any changes
•	Any other operation matters related to Logistics

 
Position: Hire Logistics Assistant (Shipping) - $1600 - $1800
•	Maintain Warehouse Management System & house-keeping - (Operation)
•	Generate Shipping Documents - (Shipping)
•	Arrangement of cargo collections & deliveries
•	Freight costing analysis
•	Payment application
•	Adhoc duties as advised by Supervisor

* Provide technical support for trouble shooting testing, commissioning, maintenance, repair and services operation such as genset synchronizing control system, close transition system, ats system and genset baseload operation
* Preparation of shop drawings, workings drawings & as-built drawings
* Attend site meeting with main contractor, consultant and client when required
* Assist the project manager in handling and monitoring progress of project
* Liaise with vendors and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of goods
* Ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management from time to time

Electrical Engineer

Assemble and install electrical components to build up the control panel
Connects wiring and equipment as per code and job specification
Verify dimensions and alignments per drawings or plans
Perform general house cleaning of work station and maintain safe working environment as according to company regulations
Supports the service engineers onsite inspection, trouble-shooting and repair when needed
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior
