Job Description

Job Title: Wheelchair Accessible Bus Captain

1. Salary: $1,800/month
2. Employment Type: Full-time
3. Benefits: Vehicle Take-Home privilege, Company-paid season parking, Company-paid diesel, Incentives & Allowance.
4. Working Hours: 0800Hrs-1700Hrs (Monday to Friday, Offday on Saturday, Sunday and PH)
5. Supplemental Pay
-13th month salary

6. Job Overview
We are hiring a Wheelchair Support Driver to provide safe and reliable transport for elderly and mobility-impaired patients. This role is essential in supporting patient comfort and accessibility during transport.

7. Key Responsibilities
Ferry clients to and from daycare centres and home
Operate the wheelchair hydraulic lift to assist wheelchair-bound clients with boarding and alighting
Assist patients with boarding, securing, and alighting safely.
Maintain punctual shuttle schedules and designated routes.
Provide courteous and attentive service, especially to elderly and special-needs patients.
Ensure vehicle cleanliness and report any maintenance issues.
Follow safety protocols and communicate effectively with patients.

8. Ideal Candidate
Physically fit and able to assist with wheelchair handling.
Punctual, reliable, and professional.
Enthusiastic and responsible attitude
Attentive and compassionate toward elderly and special-needs patients.
Prior experience in patient transport or caregiving is an advantage.

9. Important Note
Due to the urgent nature of this position, only applicants who currently hold a valid BDVL license will be considered.

Valid BDVL (Bus Driver Vocational Licence).
Valid Class 3/3A driving license
Must have access to a house with open-air carpark to bring home the assigned vehicle.
