- Perform proper record-keeping and control of stock movement.
- Maintain and upkeep the cleanliness of the storage area.
- Supervising warehouse staff and daily activities.
- Managing, evaluating and reporting on warehouse productivity.
- Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
- Checking orders, bills, items received, inventory and deliveries for accuracy.
- Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.
- Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds.
- Coordinating and maintaining fleets and equipment.

Job Requirements

**Job Requirement

- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
- Able to operate forklift & reach truck (reach truck is use daily)
- Able to work under pressure, responsible, meticulous with positive working attitude
- Computer Knowledge
- Work with minimum supervision
