Temporary Officer (Production Planning)

Job Description

This is a 6 months temporary role supporting the administrative function of production planning in Aviation Catering. The main functions are as follows - 
1.Printing of production orders, collection of manual written production orders and converting the orders into excel format for upload into system 
2.Pulling of data from SAP to aid in Frozen Meal Planning for example,  Withdrawal vs requirement
3.Daily Production Planning tasks – amendment of production orders, creation of reservation to clear stock in system, data collection and generation of basic reports using S4


Job Requirement 
1.Computer literacy.
2.Have basic knowledge of Microsoft excel
3.SAP knowledge is a plus point

•Employment Duration: Immediate for 6 months 
•Work Location: SATS Inflight Catering Centre 2 (30 Changi North Crescent, S'pore 499612) 
•Working days: Mondays to Fridays
•Working timings: 0830hrs to 1730hrs
