[TEMP] Shipping Executive
Duration:
Start Asap to end December 2025

Salary:
Up to $3800

Timing:
Monday to Friday
8.30am to 5.30pm

Location:
International Business Park

Need at least 1 year experience , so can adapt to the role faster
Documentation Checks and handle documentation for international shipments, such as customs declarations, health certificates and certificates.
Creation of Container Card in Navision
Shipment status monitoring from origin port to final destination, Track shipments and update stakeholders on delivery status.
Permit Declaration for inbound and outbound shipments (including Airfreight, Seafreight and Road freight), ensure compliance with import/export regulations, customs clearance, and other legal requirements.
Booking of SFA Inspection for Customer and BAU
Coordinate the dispatch and receipt of goods to ensure timely and safe delivery
Coordinate with warehouse staff to manage the loading, and unloading of goods.
Diploma / Degree in logistics, supply chain, administration or other related fields 
Minimum 1-2 years logistics working experience
