1. Leading and supervisor team to ensure that job done is correct 2. Ensuring that all SOPs and safety protocols are in place and adhered to 3. Teaching and training new members of the team 4. Allocating work to team to ensure completion of projects in a timely manner 5. Communication between the team and Management team 6. Stock management 7. Scheduling management 8. Other adhoc supervisory role
