Service Technician (Island wide) -- Water Appliances

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality customer service and perform maintenance services for water appliances at customer locations.
Troubleshoot and repair water appliances to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
Help maintain and service water appliances systems, ensuring proper functioning.
Assist with plumbing and electrical issues as needed (plumbing/electrical experience is a bonus).
Provide timely and accurate reporting of service visits, including completing service sheets.
Ensure all work is done in compliance with safety standards and company procedures.

Working Arrangement: 6 days a week

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:
Must have a valid Class 3 license or own motorbike to travel to customer locations.
Previous plumbing and electrical experience is a plus.
Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and high-quality work.
Able to commit to working weekends, with off days on weekdays.
Able to carry out manual work and operate relevant tools.
Reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented.
