•Proper table setting including setting up items such as crookery and menu •Replenish supplies such as serviette, table ware and refill condiments •Usher customer to their table •Present menus to customers,inform customers of promotional items and answer questions about menu items, making recommendations upon request •Taking customers’ order and prepare drinks and dessert to customer •Serve food and beverages to customers •Clean tables after customers have finished dining and take them to kitchen for cleaning •Perform cashiering at times •Perform opening and closing duties such as drinks preparation and housekeeping •Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors
Job Requirements
•Minimum GCE N-Level or, ITE qualifications •Able to perform split shift and work on weekends and public holidays •With F&B experience is an asset but not essential •Good communication skills and ability to communicate with customers with smile all the time •Pleasant and cheerful personality, energetic and team player •Willing to learn and has passion for service industry •Willing to provide the highest quality of service at all times •Able to multi-task and adapt to fast paced environment •Possess WSQ Food & Hygiene Certificate •Knowledge in basic Maths (Cashier) •Knowledge in POS system
