Retail Assistant, Production Assistant (Bakery)

Job Description

•Greeting customer.
•Cashiering, Product Packing, Cake Order Service and Product Refill.
•Possess good product knowledge.
•Enforcing company SOPs diligently.
•Oversee the daily operation, ensures the quality, standards, and meet the expectations of the customers.
•Ensures compliance to food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards according to statutory guideline.
•Measure customer satisfaction, handle customer feedback or complaints, and services recovery.
•Maintain cleanliness of the outlet at all times.

Job Requirements

•5.5 working days/week (including weekends and public holidays).
•Good working attitude and pleasant disposition.
•Well-communicated and outgoing personality
•Prefer applicants who can stand for extended periods, as there are no chairs at the working venue.
•Applicants with Food Retail experience will be added advantage.
