Resident Technical Officer – C&S

Job Description

6 days/ week Monday - Friday Day - 8.30am to 6pm Night Shift - 8.30pm to 6am Saturday 8.30am to 6pm ***(Workday / night shift only discusses during interview session with hiring manager)
Responsibilities: 
Good co-ordination skills and good technical knowledge of M&E systems/ equipment, including security systems. 
To carry out regular site supervision and inspection of the works/materials including any off-site production as instructed by the consultant team so as to ensure that mechanical and electrical works, including security systems, are constructed to required quality, accuracy and workmanship. 
To monitor work in progress in accordance with Approved Master Schedules with breakdown to Monthly, Weekly and Daily programme. 
To assist the RE on daily, weekly and monthly reports of site progress as per contractor’s approved program, activities, issues and resolutions. 
To check and verify reports, variations and progress claims submitted by contractors, including as built quantity for the variations. 
To undertake any other duties related to the project as and when instructed by the SO and RE.

Job Requirements

Requirements: 
M&E or Electrical Background. 
Relevant experience in cable works / utilities road works. 
1 Year working experience in Singapore Power Project 

Added Value: 
Acquire Safety @ SPPG / Project Safety Management (PSM) by SP Accredited with IES/ACES with a valid Resident Technical Officer Practicing Certificate. 
Have own transport (travelling to remote areas)
