Job Description

Salary: 3500-5000
Working hours: 8.30am-6.00pm (Monday-Friday)

Work content:
-Prepare pre-bid estimates, measurements and bills of quantities
-Prepare cost estimates
-Prepare and submit bidding documents
-Prepare budgets and cost controls, change orders, submit claims
-Execute material procurement
-Prepare monthly progress claims, change orders, final accounts and payments for vendors and subcontractors

Job Requirements

Require:
-Degree in M&E engineering/Quantity Surveying
-CAD and cubecost knowledge
-Experience in Plumbing and Sanitary industry is preferred
