Working Arrangement * Mon-fri, alternate Sat half days (5.5 days/week) 8am - 5pm, 8-12 (both gender), first 3 month probation (every sat need work, after cfm, only alternate) Working Location * boon lay side Job Scope/Details * Daily Inspections: Conduct routine sensory, physical, and weight checks on raw materials, packaging, and finished products. Production Monitoring: Monitor Critical Control Points (CCPs) on the production floor to ensure adherence to Food Safety Management Systems (HACCP, ISO 22000, or SQF). Hygiene Audits: Perform daily personal hygiene checks on production staff and conduct facility cleanliness inspections (GMP audits). Lab Testing: Assist in basic laboratory analysis, including microbial sampling and pH/Brix testing where required. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality records, logs, and COA (Certificates of Analysis) for audit readiness. Non-Conformance: Identify and report any deviations in the production process; assist in investigating customer complaints and implementing corrective actions.
Job Requirements
Job Requirement * Experience: At least 1 year of working experience in a QA/QC role within a food manufacturing or central kitchen environment. (Fresh ITE/Polytechnic Graduates from related courses are welcome! ) Education: Minimum NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, or a related discipline. Knowledge: Familiarity with HACCP, GMP, and SFA food safety regulations is highly preferred. Work Schedule & Physical Requirements Availability: Must be able to commit to a 5.5-day work week. Weekend Commitment: This role requires working a half-day on a Saturday to support production cycles. Environment: Comfortable working in a factory setting, which may involve cold room environments or standing for extended periods. High level of integrity and "eye for detail." Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written) to document reports clearly. A proactive attitude toward problem-solving and process improvement.
