Project Manager

Job Description

📍Plans, schedules, and coordinates projects. 
📍Manage 3-4 groups of workers. 
📍Possess good English and Chinese communication skills with Clients via Whatsapp/ Phone call / Email . 
📍Ensure projects are executed in accordance with approved plans/drawings.
📍Weekly visits site meeting when required
📍Possess strong planning, organising, co-ordination, analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
📍Monitor project progress and follow up issues based on priority and customer's request

Job Requirements

🔎 Extensive experience in construction industry and project management /sales management 
🔎 Proficient in English written and verbal communications such as writing professional emails and text messages.
🔎 Candidates must be self-disciplined, pro-active, responsible, mentally mature and hungry for money.  
🔎 Able to work under pressure.

Benefits:

📝 Contract renew every 2 years, pay increment every 6 months
☄ Basic Salary $1600 to $3200 depends on qualifications and work experience.
☄ Average Gross salary $ 5000 to $10000 after plus commission.
