Process engineer

Job Description

1、Responsible for optimizing and standardizing production processes, and creating process documentation (SOP, Control Plan, stationBOM, etc.).
2、Analyze production anomalies (e.g., low yield, inefficiency) and propose improvement solutions for implementation.
3、Participate in New Product Introduction (NPI), conduct process feasibility assessments, design fixtures, and track trial production issues.
4、Support NPI in setting up production lines.
5、Maintain mass production operations, troubleshoot unexpected issues, and ensure smooth production.
6、Drive Lean Manufacturing and cost-saving efficiency projects.
7、Collaborate with Quality, R&D, NPI, and other teams to resolve cross-functional technical issues and ensure compliance with quality/safety/environmental standards.
8、Train production teams to ensure proper execution of process standards.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:
1、Diploma or above in Mechanical, Electronics, Automation, Computer Science, or related engineering fields.
2、At least 3 years of experience as a PE/Process Engineer in manufacturing. Candidates with less experience who demonstrate strong skills and potential may also be considered
3、Proficient in 3D CAD software; knowledge of DOE, Six Sigma, or similar tools is a plus.
4、 Familiarity with ISO9001/ISO13485 or similar quality management systems.
5、Good communication skills in English. Knowledge of other languages, such as Mandarin or Malay, will be helpful in connecting with different groups of clients
6、Strong logical thinking, data analysis, and problem-solving skills.
7、Excellent communication and coordination skills to drive cross-departmental projects.
8、Highly responsible and adaptable to fast-paced production environments.
