Job Description

Perm Customer Care Specialist 

• Up to $3.5K
• 8am to 5pm (Monday to Friday)
• Greenwich Drive - Company transport provided at Serangoon

Duties : 
•Generate sales order for order processing.
•Accepting order inquiries from customers and responding with follow-up queries.
•Handling and resolving customer feedbacks.
•Ensure all deliveries to customers are properly communicated to all parties.
•Co-ordinate with Logistics/ 3rd party to ensure on-time delivery.
•Verify certificate of analysis/ compliance, applying inspection status.
•Preparing, generating and distributing order acknowledgements and daily reports.
•Maintaining database of customer contacts.
•Maintain good filing and retrieval system to ensure easy access of work documents.
•Any other duties as assigned

Have CS experience and order processing experience 
SAP experience 
Fast pace environment – able to pick up fast and respond to email enquiries/feedback promptly
