Job Description
•Guide passengers to designated vehicle stacking / holding areas upon arrival •Assist in coordinating and managing vehicle stacking in assigned zones •Safely park vehicles in designated parking spaces after initial stacking •Retrieve and position vehicles for passenger collection upon cruise return •Ensure smooth traffic flow during peak embarkation and disembarkation periods •Conduct vehicle inspection upon receiving and prior to retrieval •Record and report any existing damage or irregularities •Take clear photos of vehicle condition for documentation and records •Ensure proper handling and security of all entrusted vehicles at all times •Provide basic customer assistance and directions when required •Report incidents, damages, or irregularities immediately to supervisor
Job Requirements
•Valid driving licence (Class 3 preferred) •Responsible, alert, and careful with vehicle handling •Able to work in fast-paced and high-traffic environment •Willing to work weekends, public holidays, and cruise peak hours
