Part time Customer Service Officer #Airport

Job Description

- Attend to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service experience.
- Perform cash and credit card transactions using Point of Sales (POS) and Baggage Storage System (BSS) for baggage storage and other services
- Perform bag wrapping service and upselling of baggage services or product

Salary: $11.41 / hour

Job Requirements

Able to work the following shift timing:
12.40pm – 9pm & 2.40pm – 11pm
Able to work at least 3 weekdays and 1 weekend in a week
Able to commit until end Feb 2025
Location at Changi Airport
