About the Role:
We are seeking proactive and organized Admin Executives to support our daily office operations. You will assist with administrative tasks and help ensure smooth day-to-day workflow while gaining exposure to professional processes.

This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, eager to learn, or looking to build professional skills. It is also a good fit for mid-career switchers and those returning to the workforce who want a supportive and structured environment to restart their careers.

Key Responsibilities:
•Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry and document preparation
•Respond to enquiries professionally and courteously
•Assist the team with scheduling, coordination and preparation of materials
•Take on additional duties as assigned to support daily operations 

Who we are looking for: 
•No prior experience required – training will be provided
•‘A’ Level/Diploma graduates 
•Proactive and eager to learn 
•Able to work independently
