Packer (Working Holiday Pass)

Job Description

1. Pack items securely and efficiently into appropriate containers or packaging materials according to specifications. 
2. Label packages with appropriate shipping information, including addresses, labels, and tracking numbers. 
3. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others. 
4. Operate packing machinery and equipment safely and effectively, following operating procedures and guidelines. 
5. Work closely with other team members, including warehouse staff and supervisors, to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. 
6. Meet productivity targets and quotas while maintaining quality standards. 
7. Keep work area clean and organized to maintain efficiency and safety.

Job Requirements

1. Must hold a valid Working Holiday Pass and be legally allowed to work in Singapore
2. Physically fit and able to handle repetitive tasks and moderate lifting (up to 15kg)
3. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet packing deadlines
4. Good attention to detail to ensure accuracy in packing and labelling
5. Basic understanding of English (spoken) for work instructions
6. Able to commit to rostered shifts, including weekends and public holidays when required
7. Prior warehouse or packing experience is an advantage but not essential
8. Team player with a positive working attitude
