Plan schedules for Subcon and in-house driver for PSA Tuas Port Project
Coordinate with Subcon and in-house driver with the requirements from PSA
Customer Service
Manning hotline for Morning/Evening trip for PSA Tuas Port
Jurong Island Monthly report
Respond to customer enquires via text
Able to perform shift work timing and able to work on weekends & public holidays
Keying in data into CMS system

Job Requirements

Attend all feedbacks or complaints from clients and take immediate action to solve the issues
Basic knowledge of excel
Communicate with Subcon/In-house drivers
Good customer service and communication skills

Desirable:

Relevant work experience in similar field
Basic knowledge of Singapore Roads
