WE ARE HIRING - 100% Plant-Based Food Concept / Multi-Concept Operations (Singapore) We are a fast-growing plant-based food concept, operating within Glow Food’s innovative 6‑in‑1 multi‑concept environment. The Operations Supervisor oversees daily operations across all Glow Food vegan concepts, ensuring operational efficiency, food quality, hygiene compliance, and excellent customer experience. Oversee daily operations across all vegan concepts and ensure smooth workflow. Ensure all staff follow SOPs, recipes, and vegan food handling standards. Conduct daily opening and closing checks for cleanliness, stock levels, and equipment. Monitor kitchen hygiene, food safety compliance, and personal hygiene standards. Ensure proper food storage, labelling, temperature control, and FIFO stock rotation. Manage inventory ordering, receiving, stock control, and wastage reduction. Train, coach, and develop staff with focus on multi-concept skills.
Job Requirements
Preferably with supervisory experience in fast-casual or multi-concept F&B operations. WSQ Basic Food Hygiene Certificate (Required). WSQ Food Safety Level 3 / Food Hygiene Officer Certification (Preferred). Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays (44-hour work week). Benefits Career advancement opportunities.
