Subcon & crews management

Handling subcons enquiries

Incident management

Updating of CMS

Handling day to day ground operation

Assist in route planning

Assist in report preparation

Assist in sourcing of subcons

Inspection of vehicles

Any other jobs assigned by the management

Job Requirements

Preferred Diploma / Degree or equivalent

Minimum 2 years of experience in operation, preferably in subcon or driver management

Experience in private bus industry is preferred

Working in a school environment

Good team player, interpersonal skills, full of initiatives with sense of ownership

Good problem-solving and organizational skills

Able to prioritize and multitask between Operations and Customer Service role

Able to start work as early as 0600hrs

5 days work week

Fast pace work environment

Able to commute from school to office at Ubi few times during working hours
