Operations Coordinator (Air Freight Import/Export)

Job Description

•Liaise with customers on shipment instructions and booking updates 
•Permit declarations and customs clearance
•Coordinate, booking and tracking of Import &Export shipments (Air Warehouse)
•Handle transportation schedule and operations duties
•Monitor shipment status and update customer and sales team
•Liaise with overseas agents on various requirements and rates
•Prepare necessary documents for internal stakeholders to follow up
•Checking of shipments status
•Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by superior

Job Requirements

•Possess 2-3 years of air/sea freight experience
•High attention to details
•Able to work well independently
