Operation Executive (with Class 3 + BDVL License)

Job Description

Oversees and monitor on a daily basis Bus Transport Operations
Liaise with Client's Transport Team
Manage offshore team duty roster and job assignment to drivers
Assist to source for Client's replacement bus for last min cancellation by assigned drivers
Liaise with Subcontractor on assigned jobs, rules and responsibility
Conduct periodical check on in-house and subcon driver's performance and on-board equipment
Create CMS for any new route or route changes when required
Monitor the usage of In-house app for in-house and subcon drivers
Work closely with IT team on system enhancement
Cover offshore team role when required
Served as a backup driver when required
Any other roles assigned by Manager

Job Requirements

Knowledge of excel and Powerpoint
Good Customer Service and Communication skill
Good knowledge of Singapore Roads
Possess a Class 3 + BDVL
Company van will be provided and able to drive vehicle back home
Relevant work experience will be advantageous
5 days work week
Work Location : Gul Circle (Transport pick up near Joo Koon MRT)
Other duties assigned by immediate superior
