•Perform professional body massage and spa treatments tailored to customers’ needs and preferences.
•Recommend suitable massage techniques, spa services and retail products based on customers’ conditions and wellness goals.
•Build strong rapport with customers and effectively communicate available service packages and promotions.
•Ensure a clean, comfortable and relaxing treatment environment while maintaining high hygiene standards.

Job Requirements:

•Trustworthy, responsible and able to provide excellent customer care.
