Job Description This role is primarily responsible for planning and executing the company’s marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and market share. Candidates should have strong communication skills and innovative thinking, with the ability to adapt strategies based on market trends to support company growth. Key Responsibilities Marketing & Promotion Duties: 1.Assist in developing and executing marketing plans, including online and offline events, advertising, etc., to align with annual company goals. 2.Manage and expand the company’s social media presence, creating engaging content and interacting with followers to increase brand awareness. 3.Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing market intelligence and improvement suggestions. 4.Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, etc.) to ensure promotional materials align with brand identity and effectively communicate campaign messages. 5.Submit marketing reports on time, analyze campaign performance, and propose optimization strategies. Event Planning & Execution Duties: 1.Plan and organize marketing events such as brand launches, product promotions, and exhibitions, ensuring smooth execution. 2.Liaise with event partners, negotiate and finalize event details, and oversee implementation. 3.Collect and analyze event data and customer feedback to generate event performance reports for future improvements. 4.Manage event budgets, control costs, and maximize ROI. 5.Explore new collaboration opportunities to expand the company’s market resources. Working Hours -Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM – 18:00 PM (including 60-minutes lunch breaks). Job Requirements
Job Requirements -A background in marketing, advertising, or a related field is preferred. Experience in marketing or event planning is a plus. -Proficiency in marketing tools and social media platforms. -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure. -Excellent teamwork and execution abilities. -Due to work documents and customer needs, basic Chinese communication skills are required.
