Management Trainee Programme (3-months, with opportunity to turn permanent staff)

Job Description

Our Management Trainee Programme is designed for passionate and curious
individuals looking to kickstart their careers in MedTech. This 3-month
programme offers recent graduates an immersive experience in a fast-paced
startup environment. While a technical background is not required, a strong
interest in healthcare technology and a willingness to learn are essential.
Successful trainees will have the opportunity to progress into roles aligned
with their skills and interests, including Operations, Robotics Software, Sales
& Marketing, and more.
 Conduct product training sessions when required.
Trainees will rotate across key departments to gain broad exposure:
A. Operations Management
 Learn the deployment, maintenance, and optimization of EMMA, the
world’s first Tuina robot.
 Gain exposure to system troubleshooting, calibration, and integration.
 Contribute to workflow improvements and operational strategies.
B. Sales and Marketing Management
 Support the Business and Partnership team to design and execute
marketing plans.
 Engage clients, resolve inquiries, and ensure excellent service quality.
 Collect and analyze client feedback to enhance solutions.

C. TCM Clinic Services (optional, only for candidate with relevant
background or interest)
 Support healthcare teams to deliver high-quality clinical services.
 Assist in developing training plans and participate in clinical research
where applicable.

Job Requirements

Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in any field. A valid TCM degree and TCMPB
practising cert is a plus.
- Interest in medical technology and a long-term commitment to grow
with the company.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- A proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
- Capability to work both independently and as part of a team
