Job Responsibilities of M&E TECHNICIAN: a)Ensure only authorised personnel with valid Company passes are allowed entry. b)Monitor and record items/materials taken out of the TCC. c)Secure gates (main & pedestrian) when unattended. d)Prevent unauthorized photography or filming unless approved by relevant Head of Section. e)Record and report all incidents, alarms, and system malfunctions (CCTV, FIDS, Crash Barriers) in the Occurrence Book to the company and Security Command Centre (SCC). f)Respond to incidents and alarms using communications and follow SOPs. g)Notify relevant contact persons during emergencies. h)Enforce crisis-related directives (e.g. SARS, pandemics) as required by authorities. i)Account for all equipment and keys during shift handover. j)Adhere strictly to company Standard Operation Procedures (SOP). k)Support other assigned duties, including tunnel exercises with agencies like SCDF and EMA. l)Ensure visitor/contractor logbook entries are complete and accurate. m)Prevent unauthorized access to control room. n)Operate/monitor RFID system for tunnel personnel tracking. o)Monitor Tunnel SCADA system (Similar to Building Monitoring System (BMS)). p)Execute emergency procedures for tunnel evacuations. q)Monitor and trend data from M&E systems. r)Maintain 24/7 emergency call-out readiness. s)Monitor any other systems/components within contract scope not specifically listed. Work days: Rotating Shift Shift Timing: 7 AM – 3 PM/3 PM – 11 PM/11 PM – 7 AM Shift Pattern: 6-day work, 2-days off Job Type: Full-time
