- Check the quality and freshness of ingredients - Clean and sanitise work areas, equipment and utensils - Ensure ingredients and final products are fresh before cooking and serving - Execute opening and closing procedures - Follow recipes, including measuring, weighing and mixing ingredients - Grill, steam and boil meats, vegetables, fish, poultry and other foods - Handle and store Dry & Wet ingredients as well as raw & semi cooked food - Maintain a clean and safe work area, including handling Knifes, kitchen equipment, fridge and kitchen bowls & plates - Maintain food safety and sanitation standards - Monitor station inventory levels - Observe Garnishes and final arrangement of dishes before sending the orders out - Set up workstations with required ingredients and equipment according to SOP - Ensure all food are prepared to standard.
Job Requirements
- Food Hygiene Certificate - Able to work long Hours - Able to work in fast-paced environment
