Job Description

1. Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate screenings.
2. Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation activities, including paperwork completion and introduction to company policies and procedures.
3. Maintain employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
4. Assist with employee relations issues, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions, according to company policies and legal requirements.
5. Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and employee feedback sessions.
6. Coordinate training and development activities, including identifying training needs, scheduling sessions, and tracking employee participation and progress.
7. Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
8. Assist with payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely distribution of paychecks.
9. Prepare HR-related reports and presentations for management as needed.
10. Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
11. Assist with HR projects and initiatives, such as policy updates, employee engagement programs, and diversity initiatives.
12. Provide administrative support to the HR department, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining files and records.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in an HR role, preferably as an HR assistant or coordinator.
3. Knowledge of HR processes and procedures, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
4. Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
7. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) software.
8. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
9. Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
10. Team player with a customer service-oriented mindset.
