Fixing of minor issues, like changing of light bulb, doors,
Maintenance of the building area.
Able to manage various tasks on a daily basis.
To run the operations smoothly.
Identify and report the defects of the building.
Aircon checking as well as well the toilet defects.

Job Requirements

Prior Experience is an advantage.
Physically fit.
