Working Hours: 9am-6pm / 10am-7pm
Salary Range: Weekday - $12 / weekend - $14

Job Description
Our client is seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Guest Service Associate member to join their team. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all guests. This role is ideal for someone with a positive attitude, good communication skills, and a passion for delivering great service.

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome customers and take orders accurately
Serve food and beverages in a timely manner
Maintain cleanliness of dining and service areas
Process payments and issue receipts
Assist in opening/closing duties as scheduled
Ensure excellent customer service at all times

Job Requirements

Ability to commit at least 3 months 
Prior experience in hotel or fine dining will be advantageous 
Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Good attitude, team player, and service-oriented
