Job Description

Job scheduling for truck attendants and production team

Effectively manage manpower and ensure proper coordination of works with relevant departments

Plan, organize and manage all aspects of the day-to-day production activities to ensure that daily production targets are achieved

Maintain proper documentation and tracking of employee deployment, attendance and leave management

Work closely with Sales and Operations Department on the loading of goods for export

Maintain an Excel tracking file and monitor the product movement

Ensure all production related machineries and equipment are properly maintained

Ensure Production Site complies with Work Safety and Health (WSH) so that housekeeping, quality, safety, occupational hygiene, and environmental protection requirements are met

Ensure cleanliness of the Production/operation area and dormitory

Assist with other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior

Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years working experience with 1-2 years in supervisory / management capacity.

Experience in handling machineries

Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Able to multitask

Basic knowledge in Microsoft Excel.
