Food Stall Assistant (Full-Time / Part-Time)

Job Description

-Prepare and clean food ingredients.
-Prepare simple dishes.
-Take food orders from customers.
-Collect payment, issue receipts and pack orders.
-Keeping work stations clean and tidy.
-Perform Halal compliance checks (including verifying and endorsing incoming ingredients to ensure they meet Halal requirements and are approved by MUIS)
-Any other duties may be assigned on ad hoc basis.

Job Requirements

-Responsible, disciplined and willing to learn.
-Able to work independently and as part of a team.
-Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
-Able to work in a fast-paced F&B environment.
-A Muslim is required for this role, as it involves performing Halal verification and endorsement duties.
-Able to follow Halal procedures as well as food safety and hygiene guidelines.
-       Prior experience in F&B is an advantage but not mandatory.
