You will be working in a commercial kitchen preparing inflight meals for airline clients and be able to plan and produce meals according to tasks assigned by Chef-in-charge. Some of the vital roles are as below - 1.Dishing of meals for Economy and Premium Class 2.Preparation of Cold Sandwiches 3.Plating of Cold Salad and Fresh Fruits 4.Cutting of vegetables and fruits
Job Requirements
1.Able to work at least 4 days a week (including 1 weekend), and at least 6 hours a day starting from 1300hrs/1500hrs (for job scopes 1 – 3) or from 0700hrs (for job scope 4). 2.Able to commit to work on fixed days of the week 3.Able to stand for long hours, occasional lifting of loads up to 15kg, may be required to enter chiller cold room (2 – 5 deg C) to collect or store food items
