Oversee all facilities and engineering deliverables, including system support and specialist equipment operations Lead and manage the onsite team to meet client expectations and operational requirements Plan and execute preventive maintenance (PPM) activities Allocate resources effectively for maintenance and repair works Manage minor repairs (“fix-it” works) within budget Coordinate with other service providers (e.g. housekeeping, portering) to ensure smooth daily operations Manage subcontractors and vendors to meet KPIs and service standards Support energy-saving initiatives and operational improvements Troubleshoot engineering issues and respond to end-user requests Monitor and control operational costs against budget Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency
Job Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Building or Facilities Management Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in facilities / M&E environment
