Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Facial Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for skincare and beauty, with a strong background in facial treatments and customer service. As a Facial Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional skincare treatments and services to clients, while ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.



Working Days: 6 days in a week



Working hours: two shifts (cannot choose), 10am-7pm or 11:30am-8:30pm



Key Responsibilities:

- Facial Treatments: Perform a variety of facial treatments, including cleansing, exfoliation, extraction, mask application, and moisturization, tailored to individual client needs.


-Skin Analysis: Conduct thorough skin analyses and consultations to assess skin conditions and recommend appropriate treatments and products.


-Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns, offering professional advice, and creating a relaxing and welcoming environment.


-Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest skincare products and techniques. Recommend and sell skincare products and services to clients based on their individual needs.


-Sanitation: Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment, including sterilizing tools and equipment, and following safety protocols.


-Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of client treatments, preferences, and progress. Ensure confidentiality of client information.


-Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operation and high-quality service delivery.

-Have Sales Experience


-Previous experience as a Facial Therapist or in a similar role is preferred.


-No Experience is also welcomed as training will be provided.


-Excellent attention to detail and ability to tailor treatments to meet individual client needs.


-Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.


-Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks related to facial treatments.
