Excavator Operator

Job Description

1. Operate and control excavators and other heavy machinery on construction sites.
2. Perform pre-operation inspections and maintenance on equipment.
3. Ensure the safe and efficient operation of machinery and equipment, complying with industry regulations and safety standards.
4. Collaborate with the construction team to complete assigned tasks on time.
5. Maintain detailed records of equipment usage and performance.
6. Identify and report any mechanical malfunctions or maintenance needs.

Job Requirements

1. Must hold a valid excavator operator's license issued by the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) of Singapore.
2. Must have experience as an excavator operator in a Singapore construction company, ideally at least 2 years.
3. Proficient in the operation and maintenance of construction equipment.
4. Able to read and understand technical manuals and blueprints.
5. Possess excellent hand-eye coordination, spatial awareness, and problem-solving skills.
6. Emphasize safe operating procedures and possess keen attention to detail.
