Job Description
•Handle sales enquiries via WhatsApp, email, phone calls, and website •Prepare quotations and event proposals based on client requirements •Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings •Build and maintain strong relationships with clients •Coordinate with operations team to ensure smooth event setup and execution •Conduct client meetings and site visits when required •Upsell and cross-sell event services and add-ons •Manage event schedules, invoicing, and payment follow-ups •Update sales records and maintain proper documentation •Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
Job Requirements
•Minimum 3 years of event sales experience •Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills •Sales-driven and target-oriented mindset •Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment •Good organisational and time management skills •Flexibility to work on weekends including public holidays is required •Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic digital tools
