Greet customers / drivers professionally and courteously Listen to customer / driver concerns and accurately document vehicle issues in the job card. Open and close job cards / repair orders in the system Handle accident repairs and claims Provide accurate time and cost estimates for service jobs Handle customer / driver complaints or issues Liaise between workshop and customers to communicate technical information
Job Requirements
