Core Responsibilities: •Attend to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service experience. •Perform accurate cash and credit card transactions using Point of Sales (POS) and Baggage Storage System (BSS) for baggage storage and other services. •Perform mandatory security screening in accordance with SOP and ensure compliance with security standards dictated by the management and Airport Police. •Perform acceptance and issuance of baggage deposits according to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). •Perform opening and closing settlements for POS and BSS to ensure daily reconciliation. •Perform bag wrapping services and upsell travel accessories and other baggage services ie. Laundry. •Perform proper & accurate records on HOTO on storage, ETD, Smarte Solutions, laundry etc when on duty. •Assist and provide service on mobility rental, process international delivery and laundry drop off and collection. •Responsible for store housekeeping & cleanliness. •Any other duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
Job Specifications (Qualifications/Experiences): •Familiarity with POS system is an added advantage. •Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills. •Customer centric and willing to go the extra mile. •Ability to converse in English. •Able to obtain an Airport Pass (Airside). *6 days work week* There's 3 permanant fixed shift available, Morning: 6.50am - 3.10pm Afternoon: 2.40pm - 11pm Night: 10.45pm - 7.05am
