- You will attend to passengers at arrival claims with mishandled and damaged baggage. - Raise reports of mishandled and damaged bags, in according to the various airline requirements. - Trace mishandled baggage and keep passengers informed of the tracing status - Assist passengers with odd size bags - Answer hotline calls on baggage matters
Job Requirements
- Possess 4 GCE ‘N’ level credits / 3 GCE ‘O’ level passes or equivalent - Professionalism, Patience and a "People-first" attitude - Comfortable with shift work - No experience required
