Job Requirements
Minimum GCE 'O' Level with 2 years of call centre experience Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Customer-focused with a genuine passion for helping people Basic computer proficiency Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment Prior call centre experience would be an advantage
