Job Description
Job Scope: - Assist Sous Chef/ Junior Sous Chef with the kitchen work - Preparation and cooking food according to assigned menus - Sorting, storing and distributing ingredients - Ensure high standard of cleanliness and hygiene maintained in the kitchen at all times - Any other job duties as assigned by the superior Working Hours: - Rotating shift (location 1): between 5am to 6pm - Rotating shift (1 hour break) (location 2): 8am - 6pm, 10am - 8pm / Midnight shift (3 hours break): 8pm - 8am - Location 3: between 12pm to 10pm, might OT in the morning between (9am-12pm) Salary: $2355 per month (basic) + $197 per month (AWS allowance) + $25 per month (Flexi Benefits) + VB Shift Allowances (Applicable to location 2): Day Shift: $20 / shift (8am - 6pm, 10am - 8pm) Night Shift: $22 /shift (8pm - 8am) Location: Island-wide
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in kitchen - Able to carry heavy load of 10-15kg
