Job Description

Operation
•Oversee and manage outlet operations
•Order, receive and carry out inventory checks on supplies
•Ensure food safety regulations are followed
•Attending to customers’ needs, enquiries, and feedback
Manpower 
•Recruit, train and supervise staff
•Manpower planning
Administration
•Monitor staff attendance and fulfill administrative work for payroll
•Tally sales and finance reports
•Any other duties as assigned by the superior
