Description
SUPERVISOR 
• Supervise the cleaner to ensure works are carried out as scheduled.
• Manpower deployment plan. • Prepare work schedule. 
• Hands-on experience as a Supervisor. 
• Inspect cleaning works to ensure high-quality work is maintained. 
• Able to perform ad hoc jobs assigned. 
• Able to operate cleaning machines. 
• Ensure machines and tools are well-maintained. 
• Perform cleaning duties whenever required. 
• Carry out regular cleaning and inspection of the premises. Respond as required in line with the cleaning exp 

GENERAL/ INDOOR CLEANER 
• Sweeping and mopping of lobbies and common corridor areas. 
• Cleaning of lift interior and exterior. 
• Sweeping of the stairway, cleaning of the railings. 
• Clearing of litter bins, changing waste bin bags CLUBHOUSE CLEANER 
• Sweeping and mopping of clubhouse area, including management office, toilet, gym, multi-purpose room, security area, and surroundings. 

CARPARK/COMPOUND/FACILITIES CLEANER 
• Sweeping of surrounding areas, car park, ramp, driveways, walkways, 
• Sweeping and cleaning of BBQ Pit area, playground, outdoor fitness station, tennis court and or basketball court. 

REFUSE REMOVER/ FLOATER 
• Removing the rubbish bins from the bin chutes and transferring all to the bin centre. 
• Washing the bins and bin chute areas. 
• Clearing of waste disposed of at lobbies and bigger items that cannot be thrown in the bin chutes. 
• Doing periodic works, glass cleaning, High-pressure water jet washing of carparks, surroundings, descaling of toilets, High dusting, floor scrubbing and polishing.
