CLEANING STAFF needed at CANBERRA DRIVE, EMILY ROAD

Job Description

Position available

1) Block Cleaner

Sweep and mop lobbies area, individual floors and common corridor.
Clean and polish of lift interior and exterior.
Wipe and spot clean glass door, panel, and internal window.
Sweep and mop staircase, and wipe hand railing.
Wipe and dust fixtures and display.
Empty trash bin.
Remove any newspaper or recycling materials.
Report faulty or damage items
Any other duties as assigned by the Cleaning Supervisor relating to general cleaning
2) Clubhouse Cleaner

Sweep and mop common corridor of clubhouse.
Sweep and mop management office, toilet, gym, multi-purpose room, etc.
Clean and polish of lift interior and exterior.
Wipe and spot clean glass door, panel, and internal window.
Wipe and dust fixtures and display.
Empty trash bin.
Report faulty or damage items
Any other duties as assigned by the Cleaning Supervisor relating to general cleaning.
3) Facilities / Compound Cleaner

Sweeping and cleaning of BBQ Pits area, children playground, fitness station, tennis court, etc.
Sweeping of surrounding area, car parks, driveway, walkway.
4) Refuse Remover cum Float Cleaner

Removing the rubbish from the bin chutes and transfer all rubbish to bin centre.
Washing the bin and bin chutes area.
Clearing of waste dispose at lobbies area, bigger items that cannot fix into the bin chutes.
Doing periodic work - Glass Cleaning, High pressure washing for Bin Area / Floor surface / Car park, Toilet de-scaling, High Dusting, Scrubbing, Polishing.
