CLEANING STAFF IMMEDIATE VACANCY - ISLAND-WIDE

Job Description

LOOKING FOR PART TIME / FULL TIME CLEANERS ISLANDWIDE!!! 
1.GENERAL/INDOOR CLEANER (OFFICE / BLOCK) • Sweeping and mopping of lobbies, common corridor areas. • Cleaning of lift interior and exterior. • Sweeping of stairway, cleaning of railings. • Clearing of litter bins, change waste bin bags 
2. CLUBHOUSE CLEANER • Sweeping and mopping of clubhouse area, including management office, toilet, gym, multi-purpose room and security area and surroundings. 
3. COMPOUND/FACILITY CLEANER • Sweeping of surrounding areas, carpark, ramp, driveways, walkways, • Sweeping and cleaning of BBQ Pit area, playground, outdoor fitness station, tennis court and or basketball court. 
4. REFUSE REMOVER. • Removing the rubbish bins from the bin chutes and transfer all to bin center. • Washing the bins and bin chute areas. • Clearing of waste disposed at lobbies and bigger items that cannot be thrown in the bin chutes.
5. FLOATER • Doing periodic works, glass cleaning, High pressure water jet washing of carparks, surroundings, descaling of toilets, High dusting, and floor scrubbing and polishing.
